Monthly – Stay informed and one step ahead of scammers. Cyber Alert provides one senior with email and text alerts about new and recurring scams, along with helpful cyber-safety tips. Members may submit up to 3 suspicious emails, texts, screenshots, phone numbers, or websites per month for review. Every member will also establish a private Safety Word with Senior Cyber Alert. If we ever call you, our representative will provide your Safety Word so you can verify that you are really speaking with Senior Cyber Alert. This plan does not include live Scam Specialist calls.

Cyber Assist

Monthly – Get a second opinion before you act. Cyber Assist includes everything in Cyber Alert, plus up to 10 scam-review submissions and 3 live Scam Specialist calls per month, up to 15 minutes each. Members can receive help reviewing suspicious situations, blocking unwanted emails, texts, and callers, safely unsubscribing from legitimate unwanted emails, and understanding what to do if they may have interacted with a scammer. Stay With Me assistance is also available during live calls when a suspicious situation is happening in real time. Members will establish a private Safety Word that our representatives must provide when Senior Cyber Alert calls them, helping members know the call is really from us.

Cyber Fam Protect

Monthly – Protect two seniors with one affordable membership. Cyber Fam Protect includes everything in Cyber Assist for two seniors, with up to 20 scam-review submissions and 5 shared Scam Specialist calls per month, up to 15 minutes each. Both members receive Cyber Alerts, scam assistance, help with unwanted communications, Stay With Me support, and scam aftercare guidance. After enrollment, a trusted Senior Cyber Alert team member will contact you to complete your family membership setup, including information for the second senior and your optional trusted family contact. Each senior will also establish a private Safety Word that Senior Cyber Alert representatives must provide when calling, giving your family an additional way to verify that they’re really speaking with us.

Important Information for All Memberships

No app. No downloads. No remote access. Ever.

Senior Cyber Alert will never ask for your personal password, PIN, banking login, security or verification code, or remote access to your device.

Your Senior Cyber Alert Safety Word is different from your personal passwords. It is created specifically for your Senior Cyber Alert membership and is used to help you verify us when we contact you.

Calls to and from Senior Cyber Alert may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, safety, and documentation purposes. Members will be notified when a call is being recorded.

Monthly calls and scam-review submissions reset each billing month and do not roll over. Each submission covers one suspicious situation or communication.
